Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Spark Fire Technologies for Gate Zero services.
Effective 28 August 2026 · Gate Zero Wireless™, operated by Spark Fire Technologies
1. Who we are
Gate Zero Wireless™ is a service of Spark Fire Technologies ("we", "us"). By ordering, activating or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
We provide fixed wireless broadband internet access, and optionally cloud storage and the Gate Zero Cloud Browser. Service availability depends on radio line of sight between your premises and one of our sectors. A desk-based signal model is an estimate; final qualification happens at installation, and we may decline service if a site survey finds no usable path.
3. Speeds
Plan speeds are the maximum advertised rates. Actual throughput varies with distance, signal quality, weather, the equipment you use, and how many subscribers are active on your sector. Our network management disclosure explains how we manage congestion and what typical busy-hour performance looks like.
4. Equipment
Customer premises equipment we supply remains our property unless you have purchased it outright. You agree to provide reasonable access for installation and maintenance, not to relocate or modify it, and to return it in working order within 30 days of cancellation. Unreturned or damaged equipment may be billed at replacement cost.
5. Billing
- Service is billed monthly in advance. Your first invoice is prorated from your activation date.
- Regulatory recovery and E911 fees are itemised separately from the plan price.
- Invoices are due 21 days from issue.
- Accounts more than 30 days past due may be suspended; suspension does not cancel the balance owed.
- Where a plan includes a data allowance, use beyond it is handled as stated on that plan — either a reduced speed for the remainder of the cycle, or a per-gigabyte charge. Which one applies is disclosed at point of sale.
6. Term and cancellation
Residential plans have no minimum term and may be cancelled at any time. Business plans may carry a stated term, disclosed before you order; early termination fees, where they apply, are stated on the plan. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on new residential installations.
7. The Cloud Browser
The Gate Zero Cloud Browser runs a browser on our infrastructure and streams it to you. You are responsible for what you do in that session exactly as you would be on your own device. Sessions are isolated per subscriber. We do not monitor session content, but we will act on lawful process or on credible reports of abuse.
8. Acceptable use
Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Service levels
We target 99.9% monthly availability. Where a business account with a service level commitment experiences availability below that target, credits are calculated automatically from our outage records and applied to the following invoice. Residential service is provided on a best-efforts basis.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
Not a substitute for a monitored alarm or medical line. Fixed wireless internet depends on power at your premises and at our sites. Do not rely on it as the sole path for life-safety systems.
11. Intellectual property
The Gate Zero platform, its software, interfaces, documentation and the Gate Zero marks are the exclusive property of Spark Fire Technologies, protected by copyright and trade secret law. Patents Pending. Nothing in these terms transfers any right in that intellectual property to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the platform.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms on 30 days' notice. If an amendment materially disadvantages you, you may cancel without penalty before it takes effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
